1. What This Policy Covers

PixTagger sells prepaid credit packs. One credit tags one file — a photo or a video clip. This policy explains when a purchase of credits can be refunded.

2. Merchant of Record

Payments for PixTagger are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refunds. The purchase receipt you receive from Paddle includes a link to view and manage your order.

3. When a Purchase Can Be Refunded

Within 14 days of a purchase, you may request a full refund provided you have not used any of the credits from that purchase. Once any credit from a purchase has been used — that is, a file has been submitted for tagging — that purchase is no longer refundable, because the service has already been delivered.

4. If the Service Is Not Working

If PixTagger is materially not functioning as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund regardless of credit usage or the 14-day window.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email jokic.milos@gmail.com from the address used for the purchase and include your Paddle order or receipt number. You can also request a refund directly through the link on your Paddle receipt.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
